Specific terms of sale
"Flexible" booking: The hotel makes a pre-authorization on your bank card at the time of booking.
"Advance booking": The hotel charges 100% of the booking (only on the cost of your accommodation). This stay is non-cancellable, non-modifiable, and non-refundable.

In case of cancellation:
Cancellation policy – “flexible” booking«
For stays of 1 or 2 nights: For cancellations made more than 3 full days before the start of your stay, no fee will be charged. For cancellations made less than 3 full days before the start of your stay, you will be charged for the full cost of the stay. For stays of 3 nights or more: For cancellations made more than 10 full days before the start of your stay, no fee will be charged. For cancellations made less than 10 full days before the start of your stay, you will be charged for the full cost of the stay. In case of no-show, the full cost of the stay will be charged.
Cancellation policy – “ advance”
For cancellations made between the booking date and the no-show, the full amount of the booking will be charged. This offer is valid for accommodation only. This offer cannot be combined with any other current offers. You pay for your entire stay at the time of booking, with the exception of the tourist tax (€1.87 per person per night), which is payable on arrival. Your stay is non-cancellable, non-modifiable, and non-refundable
