General terms and conditions
The deposit paid at the time of your booking is non-refundable.
In case of no-show, the hotel will charge the full amount of the reservation.
Your room reservation is only final upon confirmation from the Hotel Outre-Mer by email, after receipt of a 30% deposit of the price of the reserved nights.
Booking conditions
At the time of your booking, a credit card number (VISA CARD, MASTERCARD) is required to validate your reservation by charging a 30% deposit on the total cost of your booked nights.
You can provide your card details by phone or send them to us by email at resa@hoteloutremer.com
If you do not show up at the hotel, you will be charged for one night.
In case of cancellation:
– NO SHOW: The first night will be charged.
– Less than 48 hours before arrival or in case of a shortened stay:
One night will be charged for stays of 1 to 3 nights; for stays longer than 3 nights, one night will be charged and the 30% deposit received will be retained.
– In case of cancellation, the deposit will be retained.
