Discover Villa Le Couchant, a Belle Époque residence, once a stately home before becoming the Hôtel Outre-Mer. Steeped in a fascinating history dating back to the late 19th century, it offers authentic luxury on the Côte Fleurie.

Built in 1875, the villa, a testament to architectural evolution, retains its neoclassical style while offering modern comforts. It preserves its unique identity and its deep connection to the seaside history of Villers-sur-Mer. Come and discover this charming hotel overlooking the sea, a symbol of Norman elegance.

The hotel's interior layout, almost identical to that of the original villa with its superb wooden staircase, does not allow us to install an elevator.

Start your day at your own pace and in a relaxed atmosphere, enjoying pastries and local Norman products at breakfast at the Hôtel Outre-Mer, in the comfort of the lounge with its sea view.

Discover our organic coffee and the selection of teas from Maison Richard, and indulge in our homemade hot chocolate. Traditional baguettes from a Villers bakery, Norman cheeses from the local dairy, organic apple or pear juice from a local farm, and a selection of fresh seasonal and dried fruits are also available.

Served buffet-style or à la carte , for a truly gourmet and local experience. Reservations are recommended for non-residents at a rate of €20 per person.

Breakfast is served from 8:15 am to 10:15 am, 7 days a week.

TeaTime

Enjoying breathtaking views of the English Channel, the tea room at the Hôtel Outre-Mer offers a refined setting perfect for relaxation and contemplation.

We will awaken your curiosity with our wide selection of teas, both plain and subtly flavored with spices, delicate flowers, or fruits.

You will appreciate the strength and finesse of our various premium pure Arabica coffees from around the world, or you will revel in the smooth richness of our traditional hot chocolate, freshly prepared with premium baking chocolate.

To refresh yourself, you can try one of our unique Normandy-made beverages. Open

From late afternoon onwards, the Le Couchant lounge bar comes alive during Glam'hours, bathed in the vibrant colors of the sunset: a glass of wine, fabulous cocktails with unique Norman flavors, prestigious spirits… Calvados, rums, and other exceptional whiskies carefully selected.

From 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Sunday through Thursday and until 9:00 PM Friday and Saturday.
